Pamela T. (Pam) Engel, CEO,

has more than 30 years experience in the formation and operation of successful service delivery businesses. In true entrepreneurial spirit Ms. Engel has a proven track record in making businesses grow and become profitable. In 1992 she was one of key forces in the founding of Engel Consulting, and remains involved in the strategic direction of the organization expanding upon Engel's initial strength in telecommunications, but adding further emphasis to information systems in a variety of industries.

Andre L. (Andy) Engel, President,

is well known and respected in the telecommunications industry for over 30 years. He is a much sought after conference speaker and the visionary force behind the Engel Consulting Group. His executive experience at AT&T provided the foundation from which he has helped numerous telecom companies, ranging from start-ups to established players. Beginning in 1992, Andy has grown the business to the point where the company now delivers solutions globally.

Cleopatra C. (Cleo) Pirpiris, Managing Principal,

has become a recognized Industry Leader during the 20 years she has been involved in the telecommunications industry. Her executive experience at Ameritech has provided her with an insight to the inner workings of the industry overall. Starting with Engel in 1995 as a Senior Consultant, Cleo began in 1999 to oversee the establishment of the internal framework needed to enable Engel to continue to grow.
